Mould the Fleece:
Start from selecting a high-quality raw fleece and creation of a template which is created to scale the elegance of the finished artefact. The fleece is crafted into the chosen pattern after marking guidelines.
Cutting
The pieces are cut and shaved down to match the original pattern.
Lining & Layering:
Afterward, joined to the linings and more layers can be added based on the strength requirement. Extra lining trimmed to give a finishing look to pieces.
Stitching:
All finished pieces are cut and double stitched to mould into the final product. Edge painting, scraping, and smoothing continues for ultimate appearance after stitching.
